Lilly Pereira
Principal / Creative Director
Lilly Pereira is a designer, artist, and creative director who specializes in print communications for education. She worked for 10 years at a small branding and design firm before opening her own design business in 2012. 

Lilly specializes in magazines for universities, colleges, and secondary schools. Many of her projects have won awards over the years, including recognition from the Society of Publication Designers, Ad Club of Western Massachusetts, and Council for Advancement and Support of Education (CASE). 

An avid reader, Lilly is rarely without a magazine or book. But when she does have spare time you might find her participating enthusiastically (if often unsuccessfully) in the local trivia night, or playing high stakes board games with her family.

Robert Piotrowski
Business/Project Manager
Robert Piotrowski is perhaps the greatest operational manager in the history of work. His responsibilities range from managing the company’s finances to supporting design and editing, and any other weird task that no one else is willing to do. 

Previously Robert spent nearly a decade honing his skill set working in the field of Survey Methodology and data collection. Before that he worked in political fundraising.

If you quietly sneak up on Robert you will likely find him reading about the Boston Celtics or pizza dough recipes. He also enjoys playing bar trivia, cycling and spending time at the beach. But most of all he enjoys hangin’ with his family and pretending to be a Pokémon with his daughter Lucia.
